Nestled in the quaint and quiet town of Woodstown, Salem County, Freedom Village at Woodstown is close to all major highways going to Philadelphia, Atlantic City, the Jersey Shore, Trenton, and Delaware. Salem County offers many beautiful farms, wetlands, Delaware River public beach access, lakes. and public parks all close by. The Town of Woodstown offers recreational parks and various local and county-wide programs. Well known for the Woodstown Cowtown Rodeo and Flea Market, the area also offers all major shopping stops, various grocery stores, pet shops, farm markets, and convenience stores. Salem County Memorial Hospital is seven miles outside of Woodstown. Freedom Village at Woodstown offers on-site Bus Routes via New Jersey Transit.

This 60-unit housing complex consists of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom rental apartments. All apartments are barrier-free and feature accessible kitchens and bathrooms. Freedom Village at Woodstown consists of five – two-story apartment buildings with 12 units in each. Each building has its own laundry facility along with an elevator. All of the units are fire-protected with sprinkler systems. There is also a community center that has administrative and maintenance offices along with a larger great room for tenant activities. The Clyde Watson Park is next to the complex and is directly accessible by a paved path.

A preference will be given to households that live or work in Housing Region #6 as designated by the State of New Jersey consisting of Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, and Salem Counties.
